Letters of Recommendation
January 18, 2011
To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to recommend Nicole Fiamingo as a candidate for a position with your organization. In her position with igourmet.com Nicole has done an excellent job and is an incredible asset to our organization. Nicole started with us in 2008 and remains on our staff on a project basis to assist in sales events and trade shows on a free-lance capacity. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
During her time at igourmet.com, Nicole was responsible for a lead position in our customer service department. Her duties included quality control over the “customer experience” through our live chat, email and phone interaction with the customer. Under Nicole’s lead, our customer service team looked to her for direction and instruction for day to day operations in the department.
Nicole effectively scheduled and managed several staff members (assistants and interns) to maintain efficient department operations and was an incredible asset personally when she attended and worked an igourmet.com outside event or was put on a special project. Her enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond what was expected is a trait that is welcomed by me and makes a very desirable characteristic when looking for a potential new hire employee.
Nicole has an excellent rapport with our corporate customers, vendors, suppliers, and staff and can effectively communicate with professional in any organization. She would be an asset to any employer and I recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
Yours truly,
Lisa Griffiths - Director of Sales & Marketing
